ORDERING
Placing an Order
Placing an order with Drifthook is easy. Either make your purchase on Drifthook.com or email info@drifthook.com to purchase with a member of our customer care team. Please note that orders cannot be modified after they are successfully submitted.
Finding Items
Either enter the product number or keywords for the item that you are interested in purchasing into the search box by clicking the magnifying glass on the top right of the page, next to the shopping cart, or simply browse through our categories. Click on the image of the item you would like to learn more about to get to the product detail page. Here you will find additional imagery, product description, available colors, and sizes.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When you are ready to make your purchase simply select size and color (if applicable) and click the “add to cart” button. If you would like to continue shopping, just select any of the category tabs at the top of the site or on the Drifthook logo to get back to the home page.
Checking Out
You can access your shopping cart simply by clicking on the cart link at the top right of the site. Review the items in your cart to make sure they are correct and make any changes necessary. You can update quantities and remove items from your shopping cart here. When you are satisfied with your selection, click the “checkout” button.
Secure Online Shopping
Our website is secure and encrypted to protect any information you enter while ordering. We use the latest security measures to ensure your information is protected.
Enter a Shipping Address
Provide the address to where you would like us to ship your order. If the billing address differs from your shipping address, please uncheck the box that states “use this address for billing” below the address fields.
Multiple Ship-to's:
We do not accept multiple shipping addresses for orders placed on Drifthook.com.
Choose Your Shipping Method
Select the appropriate shipping method for how quickly you would like to receive your order. We offer standard and express service.
Provide Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover with a billing address in the United States. You may also use a Drifthook Gift Certificate as a method of payment. Enter your gift certificate code in the Billing step of checkout. If you are using a debit card, your bank may deduct or set aside the necessary funds to cover the order for a period of up to 5 business days. Drifthook collects payments at the time of the transaction. Please note that the billing address for your credit card has to be within the United States.
Review and Submit Your Order

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax for orders shipping to Colorado & North Carolina. This will automatically be added to your order.
Redeeming a Coupon/Promotional Code
Any promotional offer code should be entered in the shopping cart. Codes cannot be used together, or with any other offers. Cannot be combined with wholesale discounts. Coupons and promotional codes cannot be used on previously purchased orders.
Order Status
If you are a registered user, you can check your order status any time by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of the site. You will also receive an order confirmation email within minutes of submitting an order and a ship confirmation email with a tracking number when the order is processed and shipped.
Gift Packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping and packaging options at this time.
SHIPPING
Order Ship Time
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. Our shirts and hats are printed on demand. We take about 2-7 business days to create your apparel before shipping. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days but more than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Order Delivery Time
Unless an alternate method is chosen, the typical delivery time via FedEx Ground is 5-10 business days. For Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories, please allow about 10-15 business days.
APO/FPO Shipments
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Shipments Outside of the U.S.
At this time we only ship to the United States, its territories.
ROUTE PROTECTION PROGRAM
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.
The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores. If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.
RETURNS
Drifthook wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days of your purchase.

How should I wash my garments?
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
Sublimation apparel can be washed at any temperature setting without affecting quality. But we recommend washing with like colors, as the polyester fabric may make colors run. High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.
We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options at an affordable price. The DTG ink in this process is different from the ink screen printers use. Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process.
