Kit looks great. A few flies were lose when I opened the kit up thanks to the shipper, not Drifthook. We have at least 1 creek in our county that requires barbless hooks, so this will come in handy. Plus, PA Fish & Game can fine us pretty good if we get caught without such kind of flies in a stream/creek that requires barbless flies. Can’t wait to try them.

Came across this incredible value from Drifthook! For about $130 I received 80 nymphs and a high quality flybox--prestocked and labeled for what each item was. Jumbled nymphs

It would have been more helpful if my nymphs had arrived in their slots; as it was 70 % of all but the zebra midges and perdigons were dislodged and captured intertwined under the bubble wrap! (none missing!) Fortunately I was able to use your very helpful photos and list above to re-establish the rows and therefore identify the various flies. Then I could use the cover labeling to further I.D. what they represent. Thanks for that. The flies look very good, so I'm happy with my order. I'll be testing them out on Connecticut's Farmington River this week and later in August on my favorite NH brookie streams.

Great Flys

I needed some heaver nymph's since mine only had brass beads. These have the tungsten for that extra weight. Even though these are labeled as Euro, I use them with by floating line setup. Old school nymphing. Quality looks good and having them already in a case and labeled is a plus. I would hardly be able to make these myself for the price.

I’ve been fly fishing for more than 50 years now and haven’t say that Matt and the Drifthook fly fishing system has done a fantastic job of organizing flies to match the hatch. Just for “fun” I went through all of the videos included in the system. The tutorials were comprehensive and very well organized. Even with my experience I still learned a few things; tips and pointers. The way Matt explains everything from set up to rigs, fly life cycles to Euro nymphing, this system can certainly take the steepness out of the curve in learning to fly fish for trout. Great job.
